With the amount of effort an entrepeuneur puts into their business you would think that creating an investor pitch deck would be a simple task. But no, not so much.
I've found that almost all businesses looking for financing have a difficult time articulating the key concepts that an investor needs to evaluate an opportunity. So, I figured that there must an online solution to solve this problem. And whoa, there are a lot of them.
I settled on a simple 10-slide solution published by 500 startups. It starts with a slide of a logo and elevator pitch, followed by the problem, the solution and how it works. Then followed by traction (customer or revenue growth), business model and competition slides. Finally, wrap up with market opportunity, progress to date and a description of the team. Thats it! All it takes to show us why your company is great.
